Added brighter lights to the atrium, there are two bright lights on the ceiling. Changed placement of lights on radiation barrels in the entrance. Power Substation: Fixed the light from windows not showing correctly. Cerulean Robotics: Added ambient lights. Lights will not work until the player completes the first stage of the Ant Misbehavin' Quest. Added all the huts to the Nellis Generator Power Grid. Removed the pulse effect from LampLightInteriorWarm. Nellis Hangars: Removed a light from an enable parent that was being incorrectly powered on and off. Fixed a bug in the ILONellisHangarSCRIPT which was calling the wrong Quest. These Nellis interiors were broken by FNVEdit's UDR scanner. Removed a dirty edit from El Rey Motel Room 3 Fixed small light switch in Novac motel rooms. Added ILOMetroOfficeFluorescentAMBFlicker Added ILOSunlightAmb and ILOSunlightAmbDark

Updated the lighting template and image space in "Abandoned Home" No longer looks pitch dark in corners of walls. Set proper Night Imagespace on ILOTentWeather Weather.
